Didn't Receive an Invitation?
If you did not receive a personalized invitation to join The National Society of Leadership and Success, you must be nominated to join.
You must either contact your chapter advisor for a nomination form or click here to download the nomination form.
Once you have a nomination form, you must complete the nomination process by getting nominated by two faculty members.
Once your completed application has been received, your Advisor must approve your request and provide your application code. If you do not know who your onsite Advisor is, or if you are unaware of a chapter of The National Society of Leadership on your campus, please contact the national office at
